Excellent customer service - Anisha Singh

Good day. I would just like to recognise Anisha Singh for outstanding customer service. I was looking for 4 x Bridgestone Turanza tyres all over KZN. I was unable to find any in super quick, twt, even smaller retailers. I dropped an online enquiry and honestly wasn't expecting a response. So I was very surprised when I did get a response from Anisha Singh. She said she would try and find out if there were any and would come back to me. And true to her word she did come back to me, saying that she managed to find four. All I needed to do was tell her what store I wanted to fit the tyres at and it would be delivered to that store. A couple of days later my tyres are fitted at a super quick. This may seem a small thing but i was looking for the tyres for 3 months. And Anisha Singh was friendly, transparent and provided customer service that was excellent - which is no longer the norm, therefore it must be recognised and applauded. Thank you Anisha Singh.
