Defective Bridgestone tyres

I purchased a set of 19 inch Bridgstone potenza run flat tyres a month ago.After 2 weeks of driving, an air bubble began forming in the sidewall of the front tyre.I had it checked out by the fitment centre and they put me in touch with the rep from Bridgestone.He inspected the tyre and said he will consult with his superiors.Today he called back to inform me Bridgestone is willing to reimburse me 30% of the COST PRICE..Bear in mind the tyres are a month old which are still practically brand new.I paid R3900.00 for the very same tyre..AND NO,I DID NOT DAMAGE IT WHILE DRIVING SO PLEASE DONT USE THAT LAME ACCUSATION TO SHIFT FOCUS FROM POOR QUALITY OF THE TYRE.I used to swear by Bridgestone tyres superiority over other brands.Since my very first car, I only insisted on fitting Bridgestone tyres.This experience is really leaving a bad taste after all the years of supporting the Bridgestone brand.I feel betrayed by a product I truly loved and believed in.I must however acknowledge the great service from Neo who assisted me with great empathy even though the outcome from his superiors is unacceptable.
