Bridgestone tyres

I have purchased a set of Bridgestone my01 205/40/17, 3 years ago+-, at superquick mobeni, now they are closed, I have went on the Bridgestone website logged a complaint with them, advising them of tyres are cracking on the wall or face of tyres, I was contacted by bridgestone advising me to take the vehicle to there so called assessment centre, I have taken the vehicle, and was told that I cannot be assisted due to tyres been out of warranty, if they supplier was not doing stock rotation whos problem this becomes, now my family is at risk due to inferior quality of tyres made by a so called brand Bridgestone. I also seen other reviews regarding the my01 this seems to be a problematic tyre. Bridgestone theres no customers service.
