Bridgestone South Africa poor tyres

Bought a new set of Bridgestone dueler D694, all terrain Tyres and was bought in 02 June 2020,so they are fairly new and only had done 7000 km,the tyre started showing signs of peeling and chipping of rubber,went to the dealer,the dealer sent me to the supplier,upon inspection Bridgestone representative said it’s was chipping because I repeadly travel on a gravel road while I reside in a urban area and do not travel much on gravel road and mind you the tyres are all terrain tyres,wrote to Mr venter Coetzee who hold a certain high position with hope he will attend my issue, but all went in vain who works at Bridgestone head office
