Bridgestone covering for Supa Quick
I took my daughter's vehicle to Supa Quick Ladybrand to get shocks fitted. After about a month my daughter had an incident where she lost control and landed in a ditch. On investigation we found that the bolt on the right front shocks fell out and found it where she started loosing control of her vehicle. The owner of Supa Quick was called and came and took his own photos and reported to it to his insurance. Eventually I reported the matter to Supa Quick on their website. The owner of Supa Quick sent me a message via his broker that I should speak to the regional manager as I already reported it online. I contacted the regional manager who seemed very helpful. Promising to send me emails etc. Up to date nothing received due to several reasons. The Brokers of Supa Quick Ladybrand also has the audacity to claim all the new photos and new quotes from me and not from the service provider. Also a detailed report saying the incident occurred due to the bolt falling out. Luckily my child was driving slow, if she was driving quicker she would have died. And thus is how Bridgestone covers up for their franchises. Please after using a Bridgestone franhise please take your vehicle for a third party check.
