Appalling Service From Bridgestone South Africa And Ashlin Pather

I have had endless issues with my Firestone tyres purchased from Bluff Tyres. Visited their Bluff branch several times over the last 2 years and all they tell me is that i need to do alignment and balancing and that theres no issue with the tyres themselves. Eventually i insisted that the rep from Bridgestone needs to come out to assess my vehicle so that they know exactly what i am talking about. The rep insists that i must either drive to their Durban North office or wait till next month for him to come out to Bluff tyres. I feel extremely unsafe driving my vehicle and refuse to drive out to Durban North without knowing that they will be able to resolve my issue. The service from Ashlin Pather from Bridgestone is appalling. He has made no effort to try and assist me aside from telling me that i need to purchase new tyres. I know that my tyres are still under the 5 year warranty and should be assessed and should diagnostic test pick up it is a factory fault i should only have to pay for the thread i have used. But Ashlin refuses to run the test and insist that my tyres are just worn. He has not even looked at my vehicle. Just because i am a female it does not mean that he can just pushed me aside and tell me i dont know what i am talking about. It not the first time i have had an issue with my tyres, I had to fight previously to get my car assessed and eventually i had my tyres replaced. And this was also handled my Ashlin. Back then at first he also said there was nothing wrong with the tyres until he ran the test and picked up a manufacturing fault. Appalling service and unwilling to provide assistance from Bridgestone South Africa I will never again purchase Firestone tyres
