***** by Just Bridge / Bridgecol

Good afternoon. Last year August i took out a debt consolidation with this company Bridgecol. The consultant claimed they will be consolidating all my debts. That was a lie. Firstly i agreed that they debit on the 1st of Every Month but the moment my salary was paid earlier they debited on an earlier date. I went to Capitec they said its ***** as i couldnt reverse the transaction. It was locked. Then i called and they said they will cancel. I emailed the cancellation letter. They then debited again in September. They claim to have received tge cancellation in October and said my *****ulent policy is cancelled via sms. Unfortunately in January my phone was ******. Then boom end of March they took R490 from my account and refuse to refund me. Please assist.
