Staff and overall interaction with Bridge Taxi Finance

The staff at this establishment are completely rude and are just plain abusive. They also call your next of kins instead of you whom they initially supposed to deal with and harass them daily and are just unbearable.

They do not research the industry neither do they understand how it works but hound you daily as though you are ******** to your commitment with them. One fears to even contact them when you experience financial problems or even when needing to make an arrangement as they are just abusive.

I have tried escalating their behaviour to some management who made a courteously call apologizing, but it only got worse to a point where the next of kins just cannot handle their treatment any longer.
