Unhappy with bridge debt

This company listed me for account I never had from them claiming that it’s a loan account on my credit report, when I followed it up I found out that it’s home choice account I contacted home choice head office and they said to me they have never handed my account to this company, when I did speak to one of the consultants from bridge debt all she could say is sorry , it’s been 3 months and this *****ulent loan account still appears on my credit report
