*****ulant Activity!

My credit report reflects I have an account with this company, I have never dealt with them, never taken a loan, received funds, signed any forms, spoken to anyone from their office etc. They are even flagging **** payments to make sure it does not get removed from ITC as there was never ever a payment made, yet it reflects I paid earlier this year. My guess would be that they are trying to collect on prescribed debt as many people dont know how it works, my suggestion would be to report the matter to the NCR, national credit regulator and the credit bureau's, lay complaints as they are impossible to get hold of. These are the steps that I will be taking if I dont receive written confirmation that the account has been closed and removed from my name within 5 working days! It is a ******** offence to try and collect on prescribed debt and ***** to load false loans on to peoples names. I expect to be contacted asap!
