Loan arrears
I have no idea who these people are or how they ended up on my credit report. It appears as a loan which I never took. My attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful, there is no contact details for them on the website. I need to have this sorted out and removed asap.

28 Dec 2023, 12:59What do I need to do to get this matter resolved? You are messing up my name for no reason! No one is responding to my emails. The debt was paid take it up with Home Choice. I need this sorted asap and this removed on my credit report because the information is INCORRECT!!!
