HomeChoice Account under Bridge debt Collector-Settle Up But Still Reflect on My Credit Report.

Hi I had an account wth Homechoice could not pay as i was going thru difficult times in my life that time then they moved it to Bridge Debt Collectors fine which i accepted and paid it off like settled the matter ,then I asked them since they were good at blacklisting my name with Experian credit bureau then removed even today i am still waiting , i even tried to dispute this with Experian tells me the Account does not existing like I am exhausted,can this account be removed from my credit record as it has been settle and closed on Bridget side which i received paid up letter but still shows on my credit profile record,it is had to get hold of you guys i need an assistance its been 3 months Experians refused to assist in this matter they would like you guys to contact them and ask them to removed this account from my profile.I will never take any account with Home choice this ruined it for me,please contact me as i need urgent assistance
