Poor customer service

These people don't take their customers seriously since 2021 i have been to this place several times for my car to be fixed but everytime when you get there they tell another story my car had a problem of 1. Stabilizer links BA, 2. Bracket Torque R and 3. Housing Torque F in 2021 the price of all these things including labour was R6427.90 and insure africa was going to cover one of these components for up R5000.00 according to them and i must pay the difference now the price has skyrocketed to R10000,00 whenever i call they promise to call me back but they never did now i am frustrated really don't know what to do because they are the only service provider this side of the country
