Products never arrived, no response from supplier

I placed an order on 2 February 2015 (and PAID!!!) and was told it would take 14 days. This deadline is long gone and I have sent 2 emails, which have been ignored and I have tried to phone, yet nobody answers the phone! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
