Disgusting customer service

I bought my 70 year old parents a Groupon voucher to spend a day at this spa in the Hartebee****rt. The voucher cost about R2000 for both of them. My mother tried numerous times to book their day and was met with incompetency and rudeness from Marie. She asked for a Wednesday and Marie kept on trying to book them on a Saturday. Eventually my mother got angry (rightfully so due to their incompetency) and when she complained Marie said that they had already been booked in for th following week. My mother said that it would've been nice to have received confirmation of the booking, and then Marie proceeded to type a long and rude sms about how they don't need people like my parents at the spa!!! *********** customer service was complained about and the supplier got into her high horse and proceeded to refuse to help my parents. The despicable woman then proceeded to REDEEM THE VOUCHER and collect the money from Groupon!!!! When my husband attempted to claim the money back from the spa he was also met with rudeness and incompetency. I will tell all and sundry to never ever go here. Ever.
