Bridal Hell indeed!

Dear future Brides, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE! I am utterly disgusted at the level of service Bridal Aisle had offered. I had robes made, one of which wasn't made to the correct measurements, of which they charged me extra, & another that didn't have its belt. Faadilah has made empty promises in getting back to me and refunding me. She has also been ignoring my calls and avoiding me at store (store says open, yet no answer when ringing the bell). I had supported their business in the midst of their struggle during the peak of this pandemic and this is the type of service I receive, I have the chats as proof. Do not waste your time & money via this business who takes advantage of you, has no integrity & has poor quality overall.
