Really really bad service

I am in the customer service industry and this is the worst i have ever seen. Brickworks has doen all our patio's in our complex last year so the body corporate recommended him as i would like to extend my patio. first he does not even reply to my mails. when i phone him he either never anwers or phone back. when i eventually get hold of him then he does not even acknowledge that he saw the mail and does not even apologise for not getting back to you.....but what he does say to you is that he has a big contract at the moment so he will get back to you next week then the contract is done. next week comes and goes and you do not hear a thing from him. then he says that he is trying to find out where our builders bought the tiles and they do not get back to him. then i mail them and they immediately send the info. <br> now i have waited for more than 3 months and nothing....i send mails....phone and obviously they do not answer and do not even bother phoning back. <br> This is clear that [URL Removed] has got enough business and do not need any new business....so this is to infomr you all that you must not bother contacting....or trying to contact them !!!!!!
