Extremely bad service

I bought bricks on the 18/03 and was promised and they promised to deliver on the 1604 due to large order. That's not the 1st time I ordered so I know they deliver early in the morning so I so I waited around 13h00 I called them then they promised to call me after 1 and half I called them bcoz they didn't call the Elfriede said she's waiting for the head office so she'll call me until now lady
