Joke business practice and zero respect for customers

On the 2nth of November we paid for paving bricks in cash including delivery and were told delivery would take place after 4 weeks. On the 29th of November we called just to get an idea of when they would deliver. We were told they would call after checking. They never called. On the 2nth of December we called and were told they would call the next day(Friday) and they still failed. From Monday morning till the evening we called without any success. The phone just rang and at one point it went straight to voicemail. Bad service is an understatement.
