Bad service an understatement

On the 2nth of November 2021 we bought paving bricks. We were told delivery would take place after four weeks. On the 29th of November we called to hear about the expected delivery. The lady on the told us she will call to let us know. On Thursday the 2nth of December we called and was told they will call before the end of the week. We asked what she meant as it was Thursday, she said tomorrow. We have since been trying to get hold of them till this evening 06 December 2021 without any success..
