Bad service, poor quality bricks

Ordered Maxi bricks from Jacky. Bricks arrived and bricks where all different sizes. I reported it to Jacky and I am still waiting for people to come and inspect bricks. Same with invoicing. Jacky was quick to send quote and insist on payment. Now it is days and I am still awaiting my tax invoices
