Refusal to deliver correct bricks after delivering wrong load of bricks

on the 02nd of February 2022 brought 1000 Rainbow blue bricks with Brick 'n Tile, the following day an incorrect bricks was delivered by a private transport. Having reported the matter the management, first made an excuse that they did not have stock, on the 07th they promised to deliver the following day and today on Thursday now they want to charge us extra money for delivery and charge us extra to bring back the incorrect bricks that were dispatched.

It is regrettable that after a week having paid for the bricks, we still do not have the correct bricks delivered to our property and has delayed the building project, with the heavy rains we left destitute because of bullying by the Brick 'n Tile
