Poor Quality Bricks

Very disappointing experience with this company. Last week Tuesday I bought bricks from them and the quality was very good. Because of that experience, I trusted them and went back to buy the same bricks again. However, the bricks I received today were completely different and in very poor condition. Many of the bricks were broken and scratched, and the quality was unacceptable. They looked as if they had been taken from a dumping site rather than supp**** as proper building materials. This creates serious problems for construction because builders must adjust and measure around broken bricks, which slows down the work and affects the final quality of the structure. What was even more disappointing was the way my concern was handled when I raised the issue. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, the matter turned into an argument with the salesperson. Customers expect consistency and quality when buying building materials. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. What shocked me even more was the response I received when I raised the issue. Instead of addressing the poor quality, I was told that I should simply use plastering to cover the cracks. This is not acceptable. Customers should not be expected to fix poor-quality materials after paying for them.
