my car damaged by a brick

on the 27.01.2015 i was driving on N1 towards William Nicol, a brick fell off from a Brick it company truck and damage my car, i called the company and i spoke to Lood who promise the t my car will be fix. till today my car hasn't been fixed. <br> <br> after a month he ask me to send quote form my insurance and photos which i did. but till today he hasn't called me, always i have to call him to follow up. am so ****ed off with the empty promises from Lood.<br> <br> i cannot take this anymore.
