<p>I ordered and paid for bricks for my site urgently from Brick Hyper as my current brick supplier could not get me bricks urgently. I spoke to Vivian Kemp who reassured me bricks would be on site the next day between 12-1pm. I told him they were urgent and he reassured me they would be there. No bricks arrived. I called him the next day to ask what happened, obviously he was shocked and couldnt believe they had not arrived. He reassured me they would get there the next day and he would personally make sure, he even called me to say they are on the way. Again they never arrived. I called him again to ask what is happening, he made some excuse and reassured me they would be there before 3pm. They didnt arrive. I then asked him to refund my money. Just more excuses, "just waiting for my supplier to put the money back in my account", "Im sure it was done, he will check". "definately will be in today", he used all of these.. I called him for a last time today saying Im giving him one more chance, he said he needs to go to the bank and chec**** check what? Its been over a month.</p>
