Awaiting Refund

<p> I would like to lodge a complaint against Bricks4All. On the 06 of May, I placed an order for 20 000 claystock bricks, paid R26 000. ON THE 09TH 10 000 were delivered, balance was supposed to be on the 10th, to no avail, spoke to Elizabeth AND Mike and kept on promising they were in transit, eventually she said they had a breakdown. Same thing on the 11th transpired, so we were left with no choice, but to cancel and request a refund, which was promised to be in 5days, We are on the 24th day of the month, and no funds have been reimbursed, and no one answers their calls or emails, PLS HELP!!!</p>
