Very unprofessional, damaged goods, unable to continue the moe and not even a full money back

I used this company for a move from Claremont to Muizenberg, and all was fine. However, I sourced them again for a move from Muizenberg to Jhb. and it was very bad. The move was outsourced to Leopard movers, which is a horrible moving company. I did ask the man from Brian's to assist in the move, as I have a massive treadmill that is very tricky to move, and he previously supervised the treadmill move. He could not assist this round, and so I had a random team from this outsourced company that came to move but could not get my treadmill out of the house, and instead caused damaged to the fridge, wall and treadmill. Furthermore, they all looked high on whatever it is that they’ve been smoking that morning. They also asked me to charge their phones and give them fridge water. To make matter worse, I am only receiving some of the money bac**** Which is completely unfair! This was a very bad experience and I would not like anyone else to have it.
