Brians 5minutes, 10minutes today still boeta motor spares

<p>I needed a crank pulley on my BMW so I searched through the whole SA on google to find one.</p> <p>On 23rd August 2016 Brians Motor Spares emailed me with great news : They have one for R2650.</p> <p>I Obviously very happily made the payment the following morning 24th August 2016.</p> <p>The part was shipped a few days later, when 2days past I called the courier who informed me the packages was never received from BMS.</p> <p> </p> <p>THEN THE FUN BAGAN!</p> <p>"Sorry boeta it was the wrong part, we will send the package today before 1o'clock"...which never happened. This went on for 2weeks that they were not able to give me the part I paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I found a new part in Klerksdorp so I started (yes, STARTED) asking for a refund. The same innovative respons was received : "The refund will be made today before lunch" "We are just waiting for the lady to do the payment, will call you in 10minutes when it's done" "Today boeta, moenie worry nie"</p> <p> </p> <p>Boeta is now a bit worried because boeta already spoke to the owner as well on Friday 16th September. I was promised a refund on Saturday 17th September 2016.......</p> <p>Guess what....next friday 23rd September 2016 it will be a full month AFTER PAYMENT and still i havent managed to get a part, refund or a bit of truth from BMS.</p> <p> </p> <p>To top it all off, if i avoided BMS and went straight to BMW it would have been cheaper. The car I had to hire is standing on R3876 to date.</p> <p>CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY REFUND!</p>
