Destroyed heritage doors

We asked Brian's Glass to replace glass panels in two heritage doors in our home. They completely destroyed our doors.

- The wooden framing was split and damaged in several places, and in one place was removed entirely and replaced with putty as they tried to hide it.

- The putty that was app**** was done so in a totally unprofessional manner, with numerous fingerprints left, and no consistent bevel app****.

- No hardener was used with the putty (as confirmed by our master carpenter) meaning the drying time was needlessly extended.

We ultimately had to have these doors redone by someone else but we are now left with a piece of heritage carpentry that will never be the same due to a lack of care and professionalism.

We have tried contacting Brian's Glass to resolve this situation on numerous occasions, but they are just ignoring us.

I would not recommend using this business.
