Misleading Advertising

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIANNA HAIR/ HANNA WIGS I saw nice wigs online, and i placed an order, i started suspecting **** when my order took long to arrive, but eventually it arrived But what i have received was total different to what i have ordered so i lodged a requested to return goods because of poor quality, thats when problem started at first i was told that i will only get 10% of my money and can keep the wigs, did not agree with that and now im told to cover all return expense in return of 30% of my money, what kind of business customer services is that? All these were not mentioned in the return policies and now they blaming the pandemic, all i want is my money or they send me wigs i order (good quality not these synthetic plastic they have sent me)
