Horrible wigs!!

I ordered 3 wigs from Brianna Wigs and they were absolutely horrible! They were not at all like the pictures on the site. None had the lace front or were pre plucked, and the hair was very shiny and shedding! I contacted them at *** and sent pictures of the wigs I received. I told them I wanted to return the items and receive a full refund. I was offered a 10% refund, which I declined. I asked to return the items and stated I wanted a full refund of monies. I was then offered a 30% refund and was told to keep the wigs. The company is overseas and to return the wigs would be very expensive! This company is a sham! Please, please, DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIANNA WIGS! The products are not worth it, and they will try to keep your money.
