Disgusting service from Brian in Germiston, car won't start and he is unbothered yet he got the money for it

Owner was not truthful about the history of the vehicle. I bought a vehicle and 2 days later it didn't want to start, it made a loud noise with light flashing there was also an error saying anti theft protection activated. We got someone to JumpStart the car but that didn't work we bought a battery for the car keys thinking it's low but that also did not work .I called the guy I bought the car from and he was very dismissive and referred me to You-tube .

In the morning I had to have the car towed to the dealership and they were still unable to fix whatever problem is with this car , Brian who sold me the car was sitting in his office clueless about everything, he called every Tom **** and Harry to have a look at the car of which they all failed. The car was paid for in cash but now I had to spend my whole Saturday waiting for him to fix his mess and he did not care that I was there he just continued with his business. I am sitting here with a car that does not start they "think" the problem is electronic but they are doing nothing fixing it. He says he cannot refund my money as the previous owner has already been paid No one knows what is the problem with this car hence they don't know what to fix.
