Poor Service received

Refer to your inv # INV-000006 Amount Charge R6500.00 Items & description: Remove the engine and stripped into pieces.Engine to be rebuild when parts or sub assembly is available. Subject:Engine rebuild Vw Polo Vivo(BAH) motor Date :04 16.2022. Received bad service and not at all service from Brian Mobile Mechanics,they stripped my engine and damage other components,and at the end of the day it cost me R73.351.81. Do not use these Mechanics as they are not professional and I don't think that they mechanics at all .When I call them to rebuild the engine,they said that they will come tomorrow,up until today,I am still waiting.Consumers do not use or engaged with Brian Mobile Mechanics as they not professional and avoid by using them .I wonder who rate there service 5 star or was it themselves, because to me I rate therlir service ,no star service.So they overcharged me because the items and description says Engine to be rebuild when parts or sub assembly is available,and when available no Brian Mobile Mechanics was at my premises to rebuild the motor
