Worst Service Ever from Brian Gamanya Porte Brand Company

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I placed an order for safety shoes. I paid for my order in full. To date, I still await delivery of my order. I've been calling him several times and he ignores all calls, emails and messages. I even went to his business premises in Midrand however he is nowhere to be found. I spoke to his assistant/co-owner by the name of Tapiwa who promised to help me but she has also now done a disappearing act and avoiding my calls. He promised to refund me about two weeks ago and to date, I still have not received my refund.
