I bought a pair of Rebel safety boots about a week ago, only to find that the right boot started pulling loose. I stopped at Porte just to show them my boot and to hear what can be done about the problem, I entered the shop with a warm welcome. Could not see if they were smiling due to the masks! I had not brought my slip with, this didn't bother the staff at all. The guys took my details and took photos of my boot and they said that they will get back to me, I was hardly on the road when I received the call and I will be collecting my new boots tomorrow. I am so happy I bought my boots there, I will recommend Porte
