Portesa Clothing Stole my money

I got a company called PROMOAFRICA or PORTESA on internet, They have a nice website. I wanted to support small companies as a dream of all South African. Owner's name is Brian, contact *** or ***. I order some Scarves and he asked me to go to Attitude to choose the colour and material, I asked at Attitude and they said his company is legit. I paid him R8000.00 and he never deliver. I asked him to refund me, he never refund me since May 2019. He doesn't take my calls, He promised me and never deliver. May until now he keep on saying he will pay back. Dololo. Guys please be careful with him, he is a *****. Do not use him. He is not trustworthy. The scarves was for Charity. I was trying to support people who cant afford warm clothes for winter and he stole from them. Company name is PORTESA and his name is Brian. Please becareful of him.
