no VAT on invoice

<div>on an invoice worth over R12 Million the reasonable prices but the fact that they dont charge VAT is questionable. ordered 145 safety boots, 211 overalls, 3 552 boxes of nitrile gloves and 11 500 safety goggles and they refused to charge VAT; They invoiced in7745 and delivered to Dukumbana Building, Independence Avenue, Bhisho. The courier company how ver gave us a delivery note but there was no invoiced attached.</div>
