Extreme wait time on a simple order
Extreme wait time on a simple order of gloves. 5 weeks and counting. Poor communication from staff. Poor delivery of information. My trust with this company is broken. Emails are repiled with an auto responder. I don't get email contact from any person at the company.

28 Sept 2021, 10:25Hi. Sun here, reporting on no delivery of my goods that were paid for 6 weeks ago. Still waiting, still counting. I sincerely hope that I do not have to go to any authority to sort this out. Because I cannot afford to throw my money into the toilet. I will keep on with these updates until this situation is resolved.

13 Oct 2021, 20:44Update. Eventually got a refund of R1800 which the bank charged me for. I also noticed how many reviews this company has received since my 1 star review. The 5 star reviews are all written in the same way. It's hilarious. They're obviously all ****. Thank you Brian Gamyana for wasting 9 weeks of my life. I am going to proceed with the ***** case. You don't charge Vat. I wonder why? If any authority figure reads these, this guys group of companies should be investigated.

All you have to do is open the two companies up next to eachother and if you compare them, they share many reviewers and I find that very strange.
