Sports Service Excellence Port Elizabeth

Visited Port Elizabeth in March before lockdown and just as we hit Level 1 end of September 2020. On both occasions i was in the market for new sports shoes fot squash and running.

This store came highly recommended and my first time they had a few options of squash shoes. Eventually settled on a pair and git them at a competitive price.

This month i wore out my Nikes after years of running and was in the market for a new pair. But the wide range and options wasrefreshing. William the salesman was knowledgeable.

Summed up.my running footprint and advice based on price and availability was good. He was juts concerned about my colour preference. They didnt have my favourite Nike cause of size but i settled for a pair of Asics.

My reason for stopping was also spur of the moment as i im in Pretoria and plan was to get something there. But driving around i saw the store and never hesitated going in.

The signage was clear which entrance to use. The store has a big range of sports but also was more spacious to make room for clients and social distancing. The door is closed when the store is full or all the sales people are occupied to one is obligated to wait outside.

That is great responsible service for their clientele. If no on is in the store the doors are open. Im sure there are similar stores in Gauteng but to find this gem here was great. They are competitive in pricing and service with a difference make it a enjoyable overall experience.
