No Go!

Bond registered on the 14th of July 2022 still no registration documents. Apparently electrical compliance certificate was submitted to deeds office when loaded but I still haven't received it. House has electrical breach and plugs not working. Tanya ignores emails and calls. Most unprofessional person to work with and therefore I won't recommend this firm
