Bad attitude. Not recommended.

Brian Alberts & Associates are the attorneys used by Remax (Town & Country Johannesburg/Roodepoort). I understand that mistakes happen, but Tanya Marnewick does not even have the decency to apologise after she forgot to respond to the banks attorneys which caused a delay with the transfer of funds. My follow ups were repeatedly ignored, eventually I got extremely upset and started complaining to Tanya and Remax. Only then did Tanya realise she had to respond to the banks attorneys to resolve the delay in transfer.

Once all was finally sorted, I requested the Transfer letter. To date I have not receieved it. I sent Tanya an e-mail in December explaining that I am unable to cancel my bond cover without the Transfer letter. My request was ignored. I have sent a follow up on Monday 11.01.2021, my e-mail was ignored once again. I'll have to ask FNB for a document confirming the home loan cancelletion in order to cancel the cover, my Rates refund was returned to Brian Alberts and not myself, so not sure when I'll get that either.

A transfer letter is a standard document you should receive confirming the completion of the transfer.
