Company is a ****!

This company is a ****. I ordered an outside umbrella from them months ago. I followed up and they said it was delivered and that they felt the order was fulfilled on their end. The order was never delivered and they promised to follow up until I receive my order. I have followed numerous times on the same email however no response. Do not buy anything from them as they will ***** your money and not fulfil their promises!
