Refund of Municipal Deposit

My house was sold in September and on 15/10/2017 the Edenvale Municipality paid my deposit back to the attorneys account. I emailed Liana at the attorneys twice requesting that this amount be refunded to me but received no response at all. When I called Liana advised that she could not open the attachment so I gave her the amount that showed on the EMM statement. I have been following up virtually every day and still have not received my refund. I was told the bookkeeper was busy with month end and that I would get a call back. Then when I called yet again they requested my banking details which I sent via email yet still nothing has been paid to me. Nobody has had the courtesy to respond to my emails and although I am told somebody will call me that has never happened either.
