Back to the managers, instead of concentrating on business issues

Involve concern themselves with clientele customers personal lives decisions

Eg gossiping about customers personal - individual finances - individual relationships - individual private intimate lives

Gossiping within with clientele not giving service

Service has really down graded not adding the pricing on drinks at the place ridiculous
