Poor service delivery - BREWCRAFT

Extremely poor service.

Their telephones go unanswered, so does their email. Absolutely no response from them in nearly 3 weeks. When i finally got through on the landline, they notified me they missed my order and that there is a problem with my order as the product on their website is no longer available. No response on emails. Very disappointing service and still no feedback. Paid in full.....
