Excellent service at Brewcraft SA

I phoned around looking for a replacement lid on my T500 boiler and phoned Brewcarft. The guy answering the phone was not in sales and he could not assist immediately because the sales guys were doing stock-taking but he promised to pass my message along to Louis and get him to phone me back. I knew right away that was NOT going to happen, because nobody ever phones back... right? But I was wrong ! Louis actually tried phoning me three times over a period of two days, before he eventually got through to me. He then went searching for the item and phoned me back again the next day to confirm stock availability and price ! I was so surprised at this excellent level of service. I bought a bunch of other flavorings as well to save on courier costs and Sonja very efficiently assisted with arranging the packaging and courier - all the while keeping me updated on progress throughout the process by sending numerous e-mails. It has only been a pleasure doing business with them. Well done to the whole team at Brewcraft ! You guys are the best and now have a customer for life.
