Worst wxperiance ever

I just moved in to brentwood complex in cosmo city, electricity keeps on tripping every now and today, yet no one know whats happening or fixing it while the entire cosmo city area has electricity on. This is such a worst experience in such a highly rated place. Very disappointing! Can i recommend this place to others? I dont know, worst experience for a new tenant. Brentwood owners must fix this out, its unacceptable to have lights off while others in the same area have lights on. Very unacceptable!.
