Stay very far away from this company. They are big ****mers. The backlight of my tv stopped working. Unfortunately I didn't do a thorough check on them. They came out "replaced" the back lights, I paid them and they left. The next day I noticed the screen started to come loose. I called them. They came out and replaced the tape that they put on to hold the screen. They told me it will take about 2 weeks to settle. The next day the screen came loose again. Then I was told they will have to take it and put it into the oven and they will give me a loan tv. They took my 65 inch and brought me a 42 inch that had a black stripe from top to bottom. I was told I would get my tv back in 2 days. This all happened a month ago. I communicated every day and just got the one excuse after the other. My son got involved and threatened to expose him. He then said this is just a hobby for him he is actually part of law enforcement and he is coming for my son and we must just remember this is South Africa anything can happen. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
