*********** lack of service resulting in major financial loss!!!

Do not use this business as in EVER. They were supposed to process my Father's efilling and vat returns. They basically did absolutely nothing and the result is 3 years of major loss and penalties. He is a pensioner and has lost a huge amount of his retirement because of their lack of incompetence. Brenda **** on more than one occasion that everything is under control and that she has processed everything on his behalf. I will do my best to report this tax practitioner to sars as well for miss conduct. The worst part is she is still running a business and actually processing people's books! I wonder how many other people suffered a loss due to her negligence. If you do not know what you are doing do NOT offer the services or lie and say everything is under control.
