Brenaissance Wedding Venue

I am disappointed to share my experience with Brenaissance Wine & Stud Farm regarding their lack of communication and refusal to provide a refund. Despite multiple attempts over the last two months reaching out for assistance with my concerns, I encountered unresponsive staff and inadequate customer service. This lack of communication is unacceptable for any business, especially one in the hospitality and tourism industry.

A booking was made through Agoda and immediately cancelled as the dates were wrong. Unfortunately the payment was taken off straight away. We then preceded to make a new booking with the correct dates and stay at Brenaissance for two nights. I have now been waiting for over two months for my refund !!!

Overall, my experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend Brenaissance Wine & Stud Farm based on their lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and customer service moving forward.
